Yes, we welcome students from all educational institutions with relevant passes. Please check in with the management or marketing team for more information.

You will have to provide us with your passport, In-Principle Approval letter (IPA) or letter of Offer/Acceptance from the educational institution you are enrolled in, or the student pass issued to you by the relevant authority.

No. Only Parents or legal guardians are required to sign the License (Tenancy) Agreement on behalf of students under the age of 18 years old.

No. There are no administrative charges for bookings. However, there is a one-time administrative fee payable upon check-in. Please check in with the management for more information.

Only 1 month’s security deposit (refundable at the end of the stay) and 1 month’s advance rental fee is payable upon or prior to check-in.

Yes, you can visit our hostels prior to confirming your intended booking. Viewing, however, is subjected to availability of vacant rooms.

Payment can be made at our Management Office from Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Payment can be made via Paypal through our online booking system accessable via our yo:HA website at www.yoha.com.sg.

Yes. However, the booking fees or 1-month’s security deposit paid will be forfeited by the management.

Yes, however, this is subjected to management’s approval and to be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, you may submit your request to our Management Office and it is subject to availability. An administration fee of SGD150.00 (before 8% Goods & Services Tax) is payable.

Yes, you may submit your request to the Management Office. However, this is subjected to availability of vacant rooms. An administration fee of SGD50.00 (before 8% GST) is payable.

Yes. Please inform the management at least 1 months before the lease ends.

Payment can be made via cash, cheque, or Network for Electronic Transfers (NETS).

Each hostel site has varying room amenities. You may refer to the yo:HA website at www.yoha.com.sg to find out more information via each different hostel site links. Generally, we do provide separate common bathrooms for male and female hostelites.

No. However, female and male hostelites are housed in separated rooms.

It is our hostel policy to ensure female and male hostelites are allocated for stay in separate rooms.

The booking fees not be refundable should the student fail to turn up on the expected date of arrival.
