All rates quoted included Goods & Services Tax. W.e.f 1 Jan 2023, GST is 8%.
Pillows/pillow cases /bedsheets are not included in the quoted rates.
A one-time administrative fee of S$200.00 is payable upon check-in.
Security deposit (equivalent to one month’s rental) and one month’s advance rental is to be paid upon signing of License Agreement and all payments must be made upon check-in.
Security deposit or booking fee (whichever is paid) will be forfeited if reservation/booking is cancelled.
Requests to change unit during/after check-in will be subjected to an administration fee of S$162.00.
Limited selection of choice unit is available at an additional charge of S$54.00.
Peak period surcharges between 3-7% are applicable for check-ins in the months of June to August and November to January.
The Management reserves the rights to change the above-mentioned rates and charges without prior notice.
