Terms and Conditions

• The complimentary airport transfer service via our shuttle bus is operated on a first come, first served basis. - A confirmation email will be sent to you once your pickup arrangement is confirmed.
• Details of the pickup point to board the shuttle bus and the driver's contact details will be indicated in the confirmation email. There are two drop-off points for our airprot transfer services
• Terminal 2 and 4. (Should your arrival point be located at Terminal 1 or 3, you may refer to the map provided in your confirmation email.)
• In any case of flight booking changes, kindly inform us at least 3 days ahead of arrival date via the contact email address provided.
• Please also note that the Shuttle Bus will only extend a maximum of additional 5 minutes waiting time per pickup schedule and point.
• Luggage entitlement is 1 X Luggage and 1 X Hand luggage per pax on-board the shuttle service.
• The complimentary airport transfer is strictly catered for hostelites only, who will be proceeding for check-in at the respective yo:HA sites.
• Pickup timings will be subjected to varying traffic conditions/congestion.
